Summary:
This study aimed at finding out the effect of Leadership Skills (Technical, Human, and Intellectual) on the process of organizational change from the viewpoint of employees in the complex - pharmacy- unit of Constantine. The study included four chapters: the first chapter is devoted to basics about leadership skills; the second dealt with some aspects of the organizational change process and the third dealt with the issues of leadership and management of organizational change and mitigating its resistance. As for the fourth chapter, it was a field study that led us to the institution under study, where we tried to use the Likert pentagon scale to measure and analyze the position of employees in the institution under study from the degree of availability of leadership skills, among officials in the institution under study and its impact on the process of organizational change.
To answer the problem and achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire consisting of 65 paragraphs was prepared and distributed to 173 Employees from the various classes of workers in the institution, to retrieve 155 valid questionnaires for quantitative analysis, and using multiple linear regression equation and a set of appropriate statistical indicators, and using the statistical packages for social sciences program SPSS 25, and Eviews program the approved study model was tested . as the answer to the various hypotheses of the study.
Finally, the study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are related to testing the study hypotheses. Which confirmed the presence of a positive effect of statistically significant dimensions of leadership skills (technical skills, human skills, intellectual skills) in the process of organizational change from the viewpoint of the individuals in the study sample. While the study demonstrated the absence of statistically significant differences between the study sample individuals towards the process of organizational change due to gender, age, family status, academic level, job title, seniority.
For the sake of the Leadership's success in managing Organizational Change in the Institution under study, some suggestions were made that would help officials, perhaps the most prominent of which is the necessity to realize the importance of Change emanating from the requirements of reality by increasing interest in developing Leadership Skills (Technical, Human and Intellectual) with the need to create a cell or A unit specialized in leading the organizational change process (Change Leadership Team) in the organization under study.
