II.3.2 Les aptamères, une nouvelle classe de sélecteurs chiraux aux propriétés prometteuses
Plus récemment, la stratégie combinatoire a été appliquée pour sélectionner des oligonucléotides possédant une affinité et une spécificité importantes, à partir d’une très large bibliothèque contenant des séquences aléatoires d’oligonucléotides. Ces molécules nommées « aptamères », possédant un grand potentiel pour des applications diverses, sont utilisées depuis 2002 comme sélecteur chiral, et ont fait l’objet de cette thèse.
Dans le chapitre suivant, ces molécules d’oligonucléotides en série ADN et ARN aux propriétés très prometteuses seront très largement décrites.
