AFR/RC9/R1: 1958 - 1959 The Regional Committee,

Having examined the report of the Regional Director1 on the activities in the Region for the period 1 July 1958 to 30 June 1959,

1. NOTES the report with high appreciation;

2. EXPRESSES the hope that an ever closer co-ordination and co-operation be maintained between Member States and Associate Members in the field of health in the Region;

3. CONGRATULATES the Regional Director for the results obtained and the progress achieved during the period under consideration.
