The present study aims at diagnosing the reality of child labour from the psychological point of view, which detects the most important protection that helps build the working-child resilience to adapt to the reality factors. trying to answer the following question׃
Are there certain factors that help build the working-child resilience to in Algeria? What are their types?
We used in this study the clinical method, through the semi-interview, and the family design, and black leg lamts test, in order to detect the child's personality whose factor aspects are difficult to express verbally and to unveil the working-child conditioning which the surrounding environment patterns.
This study has four cases of working children aged (11-12 years) are out of school, and live in difficult economic and social conditions.
Based on the data gathered from the interview and projective tests, we have arrived at the following results:
• The first partial hypothesis is true: self-protection factors help build the working- child resilience in Algeria. These factors represented for the cases in the study:
Self-esteem and self-confidence.
Ability to cope with problems.
Sense of personal competence.
Enjoyment of broad imagination.
• The second partial hypothesis is true: there are peripheral protective factors that help build the working-child resilience in Algeria. these factors represented the cases in the study:
Established internal security base.
Safe attachment to the mother.
Investment of the Father's image.
The presence resilience tutors in the surrounding environment.
Establishment of many social relationships with peers.
Therefore:
• The general premise is confirmed where: There are certain protective
factors that help build the working-child resilience in Algeria.
