Conscious of the heavy responsibilities assumed by the Chairman and Vice-Chairmen in the oonduct of the session,

Conscious of the efforts made with such competsnce

Noting with satisfaction the results achieved, thanks to the devo- tion, diligence and dignity with which all the officers of the se~enth

session ha~e carried out their duties,

Conveys its warm congratulations tc the Chairman and the Vice-Chairmen of the seventh session, as well as to all the chairmen, vice-chairmen

and rapporteurs of the various committees and sub-committees.
