Conscious of the great volume of work and the complexity of the tasks enterusted to and accomplished by the secretariat,

Conveys its sincere congratulations to the Executive'Secretary and all staff members, including interpreters and translators, for their un ceasing devotion and excellent contribution to the success of the ninth session and the tenth anniversary celebrations.
