The East African sub-region of the Economic Commission for Africa, Conscious of the heavy responsibility assumed by the Chairman of the Conference and the Chairmen of Committees in the conduct of the session,

Noting with satisfaction the results achieved, thanks to the devotion, diligence and dignity with which all the officers of the Ccnference have carried out their duties,

Conveys its warm congratulations to the Chairman of the Conference and the Chairmen of Committees on the sucoess of their work.
