Recalling that at tho close of tho mooting of the Maghreb Council of Ministers for Economic Affairs held at Tangier in November 1964V the Executive Secretary signed a protocol of agreoment with the ministers of tho four countries, by which he undertook to provide tho Maghreb

gequeatg. tho Executive Secretary to approach tho United Nations and the specialized agencies on their behalf with a view to the

recognition of the Maghreb Council of Ministers for Economic Affairs, which is the supreme organ of tho Maghreb institutions for economic co-oporation and is empowered to take decisions for tho four countries, as a body qualified to roceivo <U*oo4 technical assistance from tho specialized agencios of the United Nationsy qualified to roceivo <U*oo4 tech
