.Congratulations to the Officers of the Ninth Session Submitted by: Algeria., Dahomey, Ethiopia, Togo, Uganda.

The Economic Commission for .Africa,

Conscious of the heavy responsibilities assumed by the Chairman, Vice-chairmen and Rapporteur in the conduct of the ninth session,

Conscious also of the efforts made with such competence by the officers of the Committees.,

with satisfaction the results achieved,, thanks to the

devotion, diligence and dignity with which all the officers of the ninth

session have carried out their duties*

Conveys its warm congratulations to the Chairman* Vice-Chairmen and Rapporteur of the ninth session, as well as to the Chairmen and

rapporteurs of the various committees.
