The Economic Commission for Africa,

Conscious of the heavy responsibilities assumed by the Chairman and Vice-chairman in leading and guiding the deliberations of the session,

Conscious of the efforts made with such competence by the officials of the committees and sub-committees,

Noting with satisfaction the results achieved through the devotion and dignity with which all officials of the Sixth Session have discharged their responsibility,

Conveys its warm congratulations to the Chairman and the Vice- Chairmen of the Sixth Session3 as well as to all the Chairmen and Vice- Chairmen and rapporteurs of the various committees and sub-committees.
