At the conclusion of i t s work, the Committee was o b l i g e d t o d e a l w i t h the q u e s t i o n

of fixing the architect's fees, and in this connexion it reviewed the services rendered

b y M r , Carlu in regard to the supplementary w o r k which was submitted for the Committee's examination。 The Committee found that although certain of the administrative provisions contained in the contract had not always been strictly adhered to, the Organization had not in the end suffered from this fact. F u r t h e r m o r e , the architect has provided free of charge c e r t a i n s e r v i c e s , which, i n S w i t z e r l a n d , a r e g e n e r a l l y the r e s p o n s i b i l i t y of the
