Draft Resolution proposed Ъу the delegations of the United Kingdom and Norway

The delegations of the United Kingdom and Norway propose that the Committee on Administration and Finance adopt the following resolution:

"Notwithstanding Rule 75 ( e ) of the Provisional Rules of Procedure, the World Health Assembly RESOLVES that contributions to the World Health Organization from all its members to the oudgets for the financial years 1948 and 1949 shall be assessed according to the

criteria used by the United Nations in assessing its members for the year 1948 and,

That the Executive Board bu instructed to consider the question of scale of contributions for 1950 and future years in the light of any revisions which are made in the United Nations scale by the United Nations

General Assembly and report thereon to the second World Health Assembly."
