This publication is being distributed by the Division of Building Research of the National Research Council as a con-tribution towards better building in Canada. There inay in one sense be-an argument for'higher standards'in one place than in another, but these are not building standards but are standards of amenity which, in (their) view, should be taken care of by planning control,"
