4.3 V ISION EXPRIMEE PAR LE SECTEUR
Em resumo, nossos achados demonstraram pela primeira vez que o AR bloqueou os sinais neurológicos da EAE, através da inibição dos sinais clínicos induzidos pelo modelo. Além disso, a administração do AR por via oral inibiu o comportamento tipo-depressivo em camundongos, após inflamação periférica. Portanto, nossos dados sugerem que o AR pode constituir um possível candidato terapêutico eficaz para o tratamento da EM, bem como outras doenças neuropsiquiátricas associadas ao processo neuroinflamatório.
