The Regional Committee,

Having considered the progress report submitted by the Regional Director on the inter-country programme in the field of health laboratory services,l

1. NOTES with satisfaction the progress made during the year in the development of quality control and collaboration between national laboratories in the Region;

2. URGES the Regional Director to continue to implement the proposals. pertaining to this programme;

3. SUGGESTS that he include information on the further progress made in his next Annual Report.
