Abstract :

The study aimed to find out the relationship between psychological burnout and job satisfaction and Leadership styles Educational  As well as to know whether there were statistically significant differences in psychological burnout and job satisfaction relationship Styles Leadership Educational variable depending on years of experience in a sample of secondary teachers in Mascara  The study sample consisted of 337 teachers were selected at random, they dish Maslach Burnout InventoryMBI and the job Satisfaction scale (MSQ) and Styles Leadership Questionnaire It was relying on the statistical data processing Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), the study revealed the following results

- There is a negative correlation between burnout and job satisfaction among teachers in secondary school teachers

- There is no correlation between burnout and patterns of educational leadership at the secondary school teachers

-There is a positive correlation between the democratic style and job satisfaction and there is a negative correlation between all types of dictatorship and Laissez – Faire and job satisfaction .

- There are no statistically significant differences in the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction among teachers in secondary education variable depending on years of experience teaching

- There are no statistically significant differences in the relationship between burnout and educational leadership at the secondary school teachers depending on the variable years of experience teaching

- There are no statistically significant differences in the relationship between job satisfaction and educational leadership at the secondary school teachers depending on the variable years of experience teaching .
