IV. Outils
IV.1 Analyse de la variance
Une fois notre plan est choisi et construit, Les valeurs des réponses en points définis doivent être
analysées afin de mesurer l’influence des facteurs et des interactions sur les variations constatées de
la réponse. La principale méthode répondant à cet objectif est l’analyse de la variance. Son
appellation est couramment abrégée en ANOVA.
En définitive, l’intérêt de l’analyse de variance est de pouvoir tester de manière absolue l’influence
des facteurs sur les variations d’une réponse donnée.
Il est courant d’utiliser un tableau réunissant les résultats de l’Analyse de la variance, Il peut
prendre les termes suivants :
P-valeur : la p-valeur est utilisée pour quantifier la significativité statistique d'un résultat dans le
cadre d'une hypothèse nulle. L'idée générale est de prouver que l'hypothèse nulle n'est pas vérifiée
car dans le cas où elle le serait le résultat observé serait fortement improbable.
Les principaux effets et effets d'interaction de chaque facteur ayant une valeur de p<0,05 sont
considérés comme potentiellement significatifs. Tandis que le une valeur> 0,1 indique que le terme
du modèle n'est pas significatif [90-92]
Somme des carrés (SS) :c’est une grandeur statistique de la plus haute utilité : la somme des
carrés des écarts entre chaque observation d’une série statistique et la moyenne arythmique de cette
série.
La somme des carrés (SS) de chaque facteur quantifie son importance dans le processus et la valeur
de la (SS) augmente la signification du facteur correspondant dans
le processus en cours.
Degré de liberté : En statistiques (ddl) désigne le nombre de variables aléatoires qui ne peuvent
être déterminées ou fixées par une équation (notamment les équations des tests statistiques).
IV.2 Les graphiques : ils existent plusieurs graphiques qui peuvent être utilisés pour bien définir
Graphique de Contour
Permet de tracer la relation entre deux prédicteurs continus et une réponse ajustée avec des lignes de
Contour en deux dimensions (2D), ce graphique permet définir parfaitement la relation entre deux
facteur en influençant sur la réponse choisie.
Diagramme de surface
Permet de tracer la relation entre deux predicteurs continus et une réponse ajustée avec une surface
en trois dimensions (3D), de même pour le graphique de Contour, ce diagramme permet de définir
parfaitement la relation entre deux facteur en influençant sur la réponse choisie, mais d’une façon
plus adéquate.
V. Optimisation des résultats
Cette procédure permet d’identifier la combinaison de valeurs de prédicteurs permettant
d’optimiser conjointement une ou plusieurs réponses ajustées. En faisant recours a la fonction de
désirabilité, cette dernière est basée sur la transformation de tous les résultats obtenus de différentes
échelles de mesure en un seul identique échelle de désirabilité sans dimension (désirabilité
individuelle) Les valeurs de la fonction de désirabilité vont de 0 à 1.
