Bisous.

Bridg Questions:

and we were wondering if you and Yann could make it.

Hi how are you? Well I hope.

that we have decided to have a little party Lots of love

We will be at the restaurant from about 8 o'clock onwards, for Laurent's birthday next Sunday (22nd)

and it'd be great if you could come.

I am just writing to let you know Bridg

Hope to see you then!

Oxford College of

Technology Oxford April 1st

Dear Mum and Dad,

I've been studying here for three months now, and this is the first chance I've had to write. It's been a really hectic time. Anyway, I'll tell you all my news. Before you read on, I think you should sit down.I'm doing quite well, now.The doctors say there'll be far less permanent damage to my leg than we thought. I broke it when I jumped out of my bedroom window – the

building caught fire soon after I arrived. I only spent two weeks in hospital, and I can see almost perfectly in one eye now, and the headaches have been getting less frequent.I've been working really hard since I left hospital, but it's really difficult to study with only one eye, and walking library is almost impossible with only one leg.Now that I've told you my news, you probably feel a little worried.Well… you needn't ! The truth is that there was no fire, my leg isn't broken, I can see perfectly well and I don't get

headaches. However, I have got terrible marks in all my subjects –

“E”

in history and

“D”

in science – and I wanted you to understand that things could be worse !Your loving daughter Samantha PS : Sorry about the joke ! Hope you forgive me !

Come on our weekend tour! Visit beautiful Northumberland!

* Visits to castles include

*Comfortable modern buses

*Experienced drivers

£25 per person payable on the day Call 2184352 to reserve your place

**

Mary went on the weekend bus tour of Northumberland. The tour was a disaster. When she came back she wrote this letter of

complaint.

Therefore, in view of all these problems I would appreciate a complete refund.

Yours faithfully,

This could have resulted in a terrible accident.

In fact, we had to pay to go into one of the castles.

I hope to hear from you as soon as possible.

Dear Sir or Madam, Mary Jones (Mrs.)

First, in your advertisement you stated that the cost would include visits to castles.

Secondly, the bus was not as comfortable as you had said.

I am writing to you about the tour of Northumberland I went on last weekend.

Thirdly, the driver had obviously been drinking and almost lost control of the vehicle several times.

The seats were dirty and several had cigarette burns in them.
