Résumé.-
La m a j o r a t i o n d e l a s e c e i o n e f f i c a c e d e t r a n s i t i o n s d i p o l a i r e s d u e à l a n o n - l o c a l i t s d e s f o r c e s n u c l é a i r e s e s t c a l c u l é e d a n s l ' a p p r o x i m a - t i o n d e s o n d e s p l a n e s , p o u r d e u x p o t e n t i e l s r é a l i s t e s n o n - l o c a u x e t s é p a - r a b l e s.
Il s ' a v è r e q u e l a n o n - l o c a l i t é j o u e un r ô l e p r i m o r d i a l d a n s l ' i n - t e r p r é t a t i o n d e s r é s u l t a t s e x p é r i m e n t a u x d e s r é a c t i o n s p h o t o n u c l é a i r e s.
A b s t r a c t . -
The i n c r e a s i n g o f t h e c r o s s - s e c t i o n o f t h e e l e c t r i c - d i p o l e - t r a n s i t i o n due t o t h e n o n - l o c a l i t y o f t h e n u c l e a r f o r c e s i s computed i n t h e p l a n e - w a v e a p p r o x i m a t i o n f o r two r e a l i s t i c p o t e n t i a l s , b o t h n o n - l o c a l a n d s e p a r a b l e.
It a p p e a r s t h a t a s t r o n g n o n - l o c a l i t y i s n e c e s s a r y f o r t h e c o r r e c t i n t e r p r e t a t i o n o f t h e e x p e r i m e n t a l p h o t o - n u c l e a r r e a c t i o n d a t a.

I n t r o d u c t i o n . -
