Vous trouverez ce dernier en pièce jointe;
▪ le ministère du Tourisme, en vertu de l’article 19 de la Loi sur l’accès aux documents des organismes publics et sur la protection des renseignements personnels, RLRQ, chapitre A-2.1, ne peut vous communiquer les « échanges de lettres/correspondances courriels/incluant pièces attachées » entre la ministre du Tourisme et des ministres fédéraux, et ce, tel que précisé à votre demande.

The Canadian Intergovernmental Conference Secretariat (CICS) would ask that you please note the following arrangements:

TEST YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION
to make sure it is reliable and there are no technical issues.
Minimum speed: 10 Mbps. Test your internet speed via www.speedtest.net Tips to maximize bandwidth:
¡ Use a hardwired internet connection or position yourself as close as possible to your WiFi Router
¡ Disconnect from VPN

FIND A QUIET SPACE AND MUTE YOUR DEVICE WHEN YOU ARE NOT SPEAKING,

Conseils pour maximiser la bande passante :
¡ servez-vous d’une connexion Internet câblée ou placez-vous le plus près possible de votre routeur Wi-Fi;
¡ déconnectez le VPN;
¡ déconnectez tous les autres appareils qui utilisent la même connexion Internet;
¡ fermez les applications en arrière-plan;
¡ éteignez votre caméra et participez en audio seulement.
