C. Trade and Development Bank

Convening of the lrrtergovernmental Team of Experts to review

the technical study and charter of the Bank and-make recommendations to Council of Ministers.

Meeting of Attorneys-General or their representatives on finalization of the draft charter of the Bank.

D. Protocol on redu'ction dud elimination of trade barriers

Assistance in the implementation of this protocol and in related negotiations on co~nodities (i.e. 180 days before relevant protocol comes into force <15 provided for under the Treaty).

Up-dating of "Cornmon List" products and related classification of goods.

Collection of up-to-date customs tariff rates in relation to

"Common Lise' commodities.

Collection of information 'on customs regulations and procedures (tariff classification, valuation of goods .... )

Preparation for the implementation of this protocol.

Collection of data and information with a view to required harmonization and/or establishment of related institutions in respect of:

transport and communications road, rail, sea, water etc.,

industrial priority sectors metallurgical, chemical etc., agricultural development, land and water resourceS, technology and marketing.

H. Protocol on standardization

Collection of information on national standards and quality control measures (in collaboration with ARSO) with a view to harmonizing them.
