The f i l m t h i c k n e s s e s w e r e c o n t r o l - l e d by a S l o a n q u a r t z c r y s t a l t h i c k n e s s m o n i t o r and F i n a l l y me3sured by t h e T o l a n s k y method. The bfio c o n t e n t was checked by m i c r o n r o b e and X-rav f l u o r e s c e n c e a n a l v s i s .
