l. The Council does not in general undertake contractual,testing of materials, i.e.. testing of materials for the

2. The Council does not accept any responsibility for secrec-y in respect of. an unpatented instrument or article'

The onus rests on the submitter to take all necessary steps ror ihe $rotection of an invention before submitting

it to the Council for expression of opinion or test'

a. Apparatus or material which is submitted to the Council is accepted only at the risk of the applicant as
