EB11.E71 Allocation of Resources as between Regions The Executive Board,

Having considered the Director-General's Proposed Programme and Budget Estimates for 1954 with particular reference to the relationship between the various programmes planned in each country in each region ;

Having considered the statement made by the Director-General concerning the way in which the resources of the Organization are allocated as between regions,

1. BELIEVES that the Director-General and the Executive Board should continue to study the guiding principles governing allocations to regions ; and

2. REQUESTS the Director-General to submit a report on this subject to the Board at its thirteenth session.
