Resume - Nous developpons u n formalisme pour t r a i t e r l e s p r o p r i e t e s optiques des s u r f a c e s rugueuses, f a i s a n t usage d ' u n e methode de p e r t u r b a t i o n 1 . Dans c e t t e methode, l a d e l o c a l i s a t i o n du systeme non p e r t u r b e n ' e s t p r i s e en compte que par son impedance de s u r f a c e e t l a r u g o s i t e e s t c a r a c t e r i s e e par une reponse de s u r f a c e d e l o c a l i s e e .
Nous appliquons c e formalisme a un film l o c a l i s @ , rugueux e t depose s u r un s u b s t r a t d e l o c a 1 i s e . N o u s explorons aussi l e s p r o p r i e t e s optiques d'une s u r - f a c e metallique rugueuse, f a i s a n t usage des i d e e s de base du modele de l a B a r r i e r e - I n f i n i e - S e m i - C l a s s i q u e , a f i n de c a l c u l e r l a reponse de l a s u r f a c e d e l o c a l i s e e .
Abstract - We develop a formalism t o t r e a t t h e o p t i c a l p r o p e r t i e s of rough s u r f a c e s using a p e r t u r b a t i v e approach1 where t h e non-locality of t h e unperturbed system appears only through i t s s u r f a c e impedance and t h e rough- ness i s c h a r a c t e r i z e d by a non-local s u r f a c e response.
We apply the formalism t o a rough local f i l m on a non-local s u b s t r a t e and we a l s o explore the o p t i c a l p r o p e r t i e s of a rough m e t a l l i c s u r f a c e using the ideas behind t h e S e m i - C l a s s i c a l - I n f i n i t e - B a r r i e r (SCIB) model i n o r d e r t o c a l c u l a t e the non-local s u r f a c e response.
