examination, split ejaculates

The number of motile sperm decreased morerapidly
with LV.T. than with B.L. i. The54 -day-non
return of the sowsand
gilts
was the same for both diluents when inseminations were done on theday
of semencollection. The
day
after, the NR decrease with 1.V.T. and two doses ofsemen/Lrl.
werc necessary to maintainfertility.
After thisperiod,
the results were notsatisfactory.
With B.L. iextender, fertility
was maintained on theday
after semen collection ; itbegan
to decrease on the thirdday,
but could be maintained with two doses of semen.
