Notes with satisfaotion that UNDP has expressed willingness to finance the seoond phase of the IDEP projeot,

Reaffirms its desire that IDEP should oontinue to funotion,

Considering the evaluation report presented by the Aoting Direotor of IDEP,

Having taken note of the IDEP training and researoh programme in the seoond phase presented by the GoverningCounoil at the ninth session,

Considering the Willingness expressed by the Government of the Republio of Senegal to spare no effort to provide appropriate faoilities for the IDEP projeot in order to enable it to attain its goals in respeot of training and researoh,
