Considering its resolution l8o(VTIX) of 24 February 1967, and. in

particular paragraphs 3 and 4 of that resolution,,1-

Considering the report of the OTDP mission for the evaluation of

, Considering the evaluation report submitted by the Acting' [Director

Having taken note of the I3XSP training and research programme in.

the,second phase of the -IDEE* project? submitted by the Governing Council

at the ninth session, . ' - 1 .■-.-■

. ■ . Considering the -willingness expressed "by the Government of the Republic of Senegal,to spare no effort in'providing appropriate facili ties for the IDEP project to enable it to attain its goals in respect of training and research;,

. .Urges nember States to continue to give increasing moral and financial support to the project with a view to establishing IDEP as an independent Institution enjoying the support of the African countries?

Notes with satisfaction the -willingness expressed by UEJDP to finance the second phase of the IDBP project?

Requests African governments to recognize the training ,given:at the Institute and to take steps to attract the largest possible number
