L’ufficio progettazione analizza le caratteristiche del componente e seleziona gli acciai più idonei a migliorare le performance degli utensili. HT dispone di una varietà di acciai molto ampia, inclusi acciai al carbonio, al vanadio, al boro, al silicio, manganese, acciai rapidi e antiusura in generale.
La produzione degli utensili ha origine dal taglio dell’acciaio in barre oppure da taglio laser lamiera. Successivamente alla formatura del prodotto, si provvede alle lavorazioni meccaniche di fresatura, foratura e piegatura con centri di lavoro CNC. HT dispone di impianti per il trattamento termico degli acciai in atmosfera controllata e tempra a induzione robotizzata. Di particolare importanza nel processo produttivo è il reparto per il rivestimento superficiale dei metalli. L’azienda è dotata di numerosi impianti robotizzati per la realizzazione di rivestimenti antiusura con le principali tecnologie presenti sul mercato, quali:
- saldatura MIG, Plasma - Transferred Arc (PTA) - Thermal spray - Laser cladding
- Applicazione mediante brasatura di placchette in carburo di tungsteno - Rivestimento HTite® ai carburi di tungsteno.
L’azienda dispone inoltre di impianti di verniciatura per la finitura dei componenti.
The technical design department analyses the characteristics of the component and selects the right steels to improve the performance of the implements. HT has a very wide range of steels, including carbon, vanadium, boron, silicon, manganese, high speed and wear-resistant steels in general.
Production of the implements starts with the cutting of steel bars or laser cutting of plate. Forming is followed by milling, drilling and bending with CNC work centres. HT has plants for the heat treatment of steels in controlled atmosphere and robotic induction hardening.Of particular importance in the production process is the metal surface coating department.
The company is equipped with many robotic systems for wear-resistant coatings using the main technologies available on the market, such as:
- MIG welding, Plasma - Transferred Arc (PTA) - Thermal spray - Laser cladding
- Application by means of brazing plates in tungsten carbide - HTite® coating with tungsten carbide.
The company also has painting systems for finishing components.
Das Konstruktionsbüro analysiert die Merkmale der Bauteile und wählt die geeignetsten Stahlsorten aus, um die Leistung der Geräte zu verbessern.
HT verfügt über eine sehr große Palette an Stahlsorten, einschließlich Kohlenstoff-, Vanadium-, Bor-, Silicium- und Manganstahl, Schnellarbeitsstähle und allgemein verschleißfeste Stähle. Die Abteilung für die Oberflächenbeschichtung der Metalle hat eine bedeutende Rolle im Herstellungsprozess. Das Unternehmen stützt sich auf zahlreiche automatisierte Anlagen zur Ausführung der Verschleißschutzbeschichtungen unter Anwendung der wichtigsten auf dem Markt befindlichen Technologien, wie:
- MIG-Schweißen,
- PTA-Verfahren (Plasma-Pulver-Auftragschweißen);
- Thermal Spray (Thermisches Spritzen);
- Laser Cladding (Laserstrahl-Auftragschweißen), - Auftragen von Plättchen aus Wolframcarbid durch Löten - HTite®-Beschichtung basierend auf Wolframcarbid.
Das Unternehmen hat außerdem Beschichtungsanlagen zur Endfertigung der Bauteile.

HT dispose d’installations de traitement thermique sous atmosphère contrôlée et durcissement par induction robotisée. Le département de revêtement de surface des métaux revêt une importance particulière dans le processus de production. L’entreprise est équipée de nombreux systèmes robotiques pour la production de revêtements résistants à l’usure, et fait appel aux principales technologies disponibles sur le marché, telles que :

Le materie prime e I processi produttivi sono costantemente monitorati da attività di laboratorio che prevedono il prelievo sistematico di campioni dal magazzino ricevimento materie prime e dalla produzione per l’analisi e la verifica della conformità.
Il laboratorio è attrezzato per eseguire prove di durezza e micro durezza, analisi metallografiche e analisi chimiche sui materiali con spettrometro ad emissione ottica di nuova generazione. Ulteriori test di usura vengono eseguiti internamente mediante test ASTM G65.
La ricerca e l’innovazione su nuovi materiali e componenti si avvale del supporto e della collaborazione di alcune delle principali università europee.

The raw materials and production processes are constantly monitored by laboratory activities involving the regular taking of samples from the incoming raw materials warehouse and from production for analysis and checking compliance.
The laboratory is equipped to carry out hardness and micro hardness tests, metallographic analysis and chemical analysis of materials using a next-generation optical emission spectrometer.
Wear resistance is also checked internally by means of ASTM G65 tests.
Innovation and research for new materials and components enjoy the support and collaboration of some of Europe’s major universities.
Les matières premières et les processus de production sont constamment supervisés par des activités de laboratoire impliquant l’échantillonnage systématique d’éléments du magasin de réception des matières premières et de la production pour analyse et vérification de la conformité.
