SET-UP AND USE

Assembling the appliance

Remove all packaging and do not leave the packaging material such as plastic bags, polystyrene and elastic bands in easy reach of children as they may cause serious injuries.

Take out all the parts of the appliance.

Follow below insctructions on how to assemble the fan:

 Turn the fan body upside down (7). Ensure to stabilize your position to avoid damaging the motor head.

 Insert the base onto the bottom of the fan body, ensure the holes of both bases are aligned. The part showing the rating plate shall face you.

 . Insert each screw into each hole and tighten it with a screw driver until its blocking point.

Attention: Ensure to not over tightening the screws to avoid damaging the fan.

At the end of the operation, turn the fan back to its right position and place it on a stable and flat surface.

Before continuing your assembling, ensure that the fan body (7) is placed on a flat and stable surface. Unscrew by turning clockwise the nuts for the back grid and the spinner from the motor shaft. Take out the plastic tube protecting the shaft.

Insert the back grid (4) onto the motor shaft (5) until its blocking point, ensure that the fan handle (12) is on the top of the grid. Check that the motor shaft is well centered inside the back grid.

Screw the fixing nut of the back grid (3) onto the motor shaft by turning it clockwise until its blocking point. To loosen the nut, turn it anti-clockwise.

 Insert the blade (2) onto the motor shaft (5) and tighten the spinner (9) onto the motor shaft by turning it anti-clockwise. To loosen the spinner, turn it clockwise. Turn the blade on both side to ensure it’s well assembled.

 Place the front grid (1) opposing the back grid and ensure both are aligned. Clip the two grids by using the hooks located on the front grid. Turn the fan head up and down to ensure both grids are assembled.

Test of appliance before first use:

Push on the button 0 to ensure the fan is off. Plug in the appliance. Push on the button 1 to select slow speed and push on the oscillation function button (6), check that the fan works:

o Head of the fan turn without issues at regular speed.

o Fan blade turn without issues at regular speed.

At the end of your test, push on the button 0 to turn off the fan.

Using your appliance

 Place your appliance on a flat, dry and stable surface with a 50 cm away from any walls and objects.

Plug your unit to a socket.

 Adjust the fan head manually: hold firmly the fan craddle on one hand and on the other hand drag the fan grid upward or downward.

To adjust the speed, simply push the switch button located at the front of the appliance:

o 1: slow speed, o 2: medium speed, o 3: high speed.

o To stop your fan, push the button 0.

 At the end of use, unplug the appliance.

WARNING: Do not put anything on the appliance, such as clothing or towels. Do not use the appliance in the bathroom or other wet areas.Do not insert your fingers or any objects through the appliance’s grid.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

 The appliance needs only an external regular cleaning, the recommended cleaning frequency is once a month when used daily.

Unplug the appliance.

 Always let the appliance to cool down for at least one hour before starting any cleaning operation.

 When cleaning the outer part of the appliance, use a dry soft cloth (or sponge) or a damped one with neutral cleaner.

Do not use a hard brush or any others cleaners to avoid scratching the appliance.

 To clean the accumulated dust inside the fan, use a vacuum cleaner with power at minimal.
