5.3   Perspectives 90

L’accent est mis sur le fait que la lagune de Havre-aux-Maisons est un système semi-fermé. Il y a bien des échanges avec le Golfe du St-Laurent alentours mais nous ne les avons pas quantifié. L'influence des nutriments est visible sur une partie des cellules abondantes cependant nous ne savons pas si ces cellules sont toujours présentes ou sont arrivées par les courants depuis le golfe justement par l'effet du vent sur les courants sachant que le temps de renouvellement de la lagune varie en fonction du vent et des marées. Il serait alors intéressant de faire un transect de l'extérieur de la lagune à l'intérieur de la lagune pour savoir quelles sont les espèces qui proviennent du Golfe du St-Laurent.

Une partie modélisation serait également la bienvenue pour modéliser les courants selon les marées et le vent. Afin de déterminer comment pourrait se répartir la communauté planctonique dans la lagune en fonction des sites utilisés dans le chapitre 4 qui confirmerait l’hypothèse de l’homogénéisation de la lagune et donc le peu d’effet de la ferme de moules.

En comparant les deux années 2009 et 2010 aux mêmes dates on s’aperçoit que les concentrations en cellules photosytnhétiques et la concentration en chlorophylle a change du tout au tout. Il pourrait être intéressant de faire un suivi durant plusieurs années à la même date de manière à étudier les variations interannuelles de la communauté de protistes.
