6.6 BYPOZIE ET RADIOFRÛTECTIOS

Les modifications du potentiel d'oxydo-réduction causées par la cysta-mine sont maximales chez le rat et la souris au acssent oâ on observe le second pic de radioprotection, c'est-à-dire, 1*5 admîtes et 10 Minutes après l'infection, La suppression de 1'hypoxic par traitement préalable à la résexpine, au nembutal ou au dichloroisoprotérénol fliginra» la protection observée chez le rat, 1*5 «Sau-tes après l'injection de cystaaine. Ces résultats ssont en faveur de l'hypothèse . suivant laquelle l'hypoxie contribuerait à la protection observée à* ce moment.

La radiorésiatance observée peut être due à la concentration réduite d'oxygène ou a ses conséquences métaboliques.
