I am engaging with the transmission of the Kushtdepdi rite of singing and dancing to the next generation. In this context I take actively part in the activities of folklore groups of Balkan province. Additionally I assist in creating newly groups related to the Kushtdepdi rite and other folklore traditions.
I have taken part in the registration and documentation of the Kushtdepdi rite in the National Inventory as well as organizing of meeting with folklore groups and bearers and practitioners of the element. As a result all branches of the Kushtdepdi rite and their cultural and social values have been determined. Photos and video recording related to the element have been prepared. I also contributed to the elaboration of the safeguarding plan of the element.

We facilitate a teaching and transmission of our intangible heritage to the younger generation by its performance at the wedding ceremonies, national celebrations reached us from the past generation.
We have taken part at the preparation and elaboration of the nomination file of the
"Kushtdepdi rite of singing and dancing" in accordance with the requirements of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage by making contributions in gathering of information related to the performance of the element, its modes of transmission to the future generation, their documentation and elaboration of the safeguarding measures.

Ministry of Culture AGENDA
1. On the support of submission of the nomination file of the "Kushtdepdi rite of singing and dancing" for iridusion on the "Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity".
Performing arts are one of important domains of the intangible heritage of the Turkmen nation. In this domain the "Kushtdepdi rite of singing and dancing" has unique peculiarities. lt is an inseparable part of the intangible heritage of Turkmen people and accumulates their mode of expressing of the best wishes and aspirations transmitting them through combining of singing and dancing.
The Kushtdepdi rite of singing and dancing is a symbol of a national identity of the Turkmens transferred from the past generation which summoning combined traditions of a respect each other, friendship, unity and peace. lt also facilitates to form a cultural mentality, creative capacity and artistic skills of the young generation.
Therefore taking into account the results of discussions about abovementioned item of the agenda we undersigned participants, scholars and experts of the present Round Table have decided the following:
1. We declare our fully support the initiative of bearers and practitioners on the submission of the nomination file of the "Kushtdepdi rite of singing and dancing" for inclusion on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity".
2. Its inclusion on the abovementioned List will promote to the awareness rising about the turkmen intangible cultural heritage among the world public as well as strengthening of mutual understanding, friendship, solidarity and peace through cultural relations in the region and the world a whole.
