Algerian administrative judicial system "A comparative study" Dr. Boubaker KHALEF∗ ABSTRUCT : Algeria knew the administrative judicial system during the era of the French occupation, with discrimination practiced by the colonial administration against the Algerian people, and denying them their basic rights and freedoms. Algeria adopted at independence on the unified judicial system, as a result of the Revolution of Liberation which turned the situation that prevailed during the occupation, and retaining the administrative divisions on the level of the judicial courts and also the Supreme Court, which are competent into administrative cases, and apply Code of Civil Procedure in the proceedings, and administrative law in the object. According to the Constitution of November 28, 1996, Algeria returned again to the administrative court system through the establishment of the State court and administrative tribunals, but this system was impaired in several quarters. This research deals with the most important shortcomings included in this system and to give practical solutions.
