Renewal and approval of the Inventory

To ORDER THAT, based on Article 12 and 17 of the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage, and Plan of Actionfor 2009 for Implementation of the Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage by Mongolian National Commission for UNESCO,.

1. To renew the "National Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage" as of the Annex 1, "The National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Needs of Urgent Safeguarding" as of the Annex 2.

2. To entrust with the Department of Culture and Arts Policy Implementation and Coordination IMr N.Orgill, the Mongolian National Commission for UNESCO IMr G.Jargalsaikhan/, the Center of Cultural Heritage IMr G.Enkhbatl to notify the national ICH inventory to UNESCO, promoting, publishing and to make modifications if necessary.

3. To annul, relevant with this order, the 841h order by Minister of Education, Culture and Science in March 161h of 2011.
