Résumé (Français et/ou Anglais) :
Total quality becomes an increasingly important strategic to maximize competitiveness through continous improvement of product quality, human resources, services,processes and environment.
To adopt this new strategic in management concept of our industrials entreprises must :First, create an organizational culture with high performance- based system, to align the human resource quality to the business needs by using training and professional development programs to increase employee efficiency, competencies and abilities. Second, will be involved in sustainable development of their internal and external environment . And will have to integrate it self in the development of economic environment and create sustainable customer value.
