PFLEGEHINWEISE. ZERTIFIKATE

Glas und Stoffoberflächen sind nach den Vorgaben des jewei- ligen Herstellers zu reinigen. Informationen bzw. Unterlagen dazu erhalten Sie von Ihrem Bene Betreuer. Für Schäden an Oberflächen, die durch unsachgemäße Reinigung verursacht wurden, übernimmt Bene keine Haftung.

Zur Demontage unserer Produkte sind keine besonderen Unterweisungen nötig. Die Demontage ist mit üblichem Werkzeug möglich. Als Orientierung kann die Montage- anleitung in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zur Demontage verwendet werden.

Eine schonende und sachgemäße Reinigung der Oberflächen Ihrer Möbel und Wände ist besonders wichtig, um deren opti- malen Zustand möglichst lange zu erhalten.

Grundsätzlich empfiehlt sich die Reinigung mit einem feuchten, fusselfreien Tuch, befeuchtet mit reinem Wasser ohne jeglichen Zusatz von Reinigungsmitteln, Möbelpolituren oder dergleichen. Sollte eine Reinigung mit einem feuchten Tuch nicht ausreichen, ist die vorsichtige Verwendung von mildem Kunststoffreiniger ohne Scheuermittelzusatz auf Melaminoberflächen zulässig.

Bei offenporig lackierten Furnieroberflächen (Eiche, Nuss und Bambus) ist die Verwendung von Holzpolituren zu vermeiden. Diese legen sich in die offenen Poren, ver- schließen sie und lassen die Oberfläche nach einiger Zeit speckig aufglänzen. Das gewünschte seidenmatte und offenporige Furnierbild wird so ruiniert. Bei geschlossenporig lackierten Furnieroberflächen (Buche und Ahorn) können handelsüblich erhältliche Möbelpolituren verwendet werden.

Sie füllen feinste Kratzer im Lack auf und decken diese relativ gut ab. Auch hier ist ein stärkerer Glanz der Oberfläche kaum zu vermeiden.

Verwenden Sie keinesfalls silikonhaltige Polituren, scharfe Reinigungsmittel mit Zusätzen von Ammoniak („Salmiakgeist“), Alkohol oder Weichmachern. Dasselbe gilt für kratzende Reinigungsmittel mit Scheuerzusätzen.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS. CERTIFICATES

Gentle and proper cleaning of furniture surfaces and partition walls is especially important in retaining their optimum con- dition for as long as possible.

We generally recommend cleaning with a moist, fluff-free cloth, moistened with pure water without the addition of any cleaning agents; furniture polishes or similar. If cleaning with a damp cloth proves not to be adequate, careful use of a mild plastics cleaner without abrasive additive is admissible on melamine surfaces.

Wood polishes must not be used on open-pored lacquered veneer surfaces (oak, walnut and bamboo). This settles into the open pores, closes them and gives the surface a greasy, glossy appearance after a while. The desired semi-gloss and open-pored veneer appearance is ruined.

Furniture polishes available off-the-shelf can be used for closed-pore lacquered surfaces (beech and maple). They fill the finest of scratches in the lacquer and cover them up relatively well. An enhanced glossy appearance of the surface is difficult to prevent. Never use polishes containing silicon, caustic cleaning agents with ammonia additives, alcohol or softeners. The same applies for scratching cleaning agents with abrasive additives.

Un nettoyage des surfaces de vos meubles et cloisons doit être effectué avec le plus grand soin afin de les conserver le plus longtemps possible en bon état. L’entretien doit être effectué à l’aide d’un chiffon humide et sans peluche.

Humidifié avec de l’eau, sans addition de produit de netto- yage et de polissage ou analogue. Si toutefois le nettoyage à l’aide d’un chiffon humide ne suffit pas, l’utilisation d‘un produit nettoyant pour matière synthétique, doux, sans, détergent est autorisé sur les surfaces en mélamine.

Pour les surfaces d‘ébénisterie laquées à pores ouverts (chêne, noyer et bambou), l’utilisation de produits de polissage du bois doit être évitée. Ceux-ci s’installent dans les pores ouverts, se referment et laissent des résidus graisseux sur la surface après quelque temps. La surface d’ébénisterie, qui doit être satinée et à pores ouverts, est par conséquent endommagée.

Les surfaces d’ébénisterie laquées à pores fermés (hêtre et érable) peuvent être nettoyées à l’aide de produits de polissage issus du commerce. Ceux-ci remplissent les égra- tignures les plus fines et les surfaces sont relativement bien recouvertes. Ici aussi, une brillance plus forte de la surface survient le plus souvent. N’utilisez par conséquent aucun produit de polissage contenant de la silicone, des nettoyants âcres contenant de l‘ammoniac (« eau ammoniacale »), de l‘alcool ou des plastifiants. Il en va de même pour des

nettoyants récurants contenant des additifs abrasifs.

Les surfaces en verre et tissu doivent être nettoyées selon les consignes des fabricants respectifs. Les informations, la documentation, sont disponibles chez votre conseiller Bene.

Bene se dégage de toute responsabilité concernant les sur- faces endommagées suite à une utilisation inappropriée.

Il n’existe pas d’instructions particulières pour le démontage de nos produits. Le démontage s’effectue en utilisant des outils ordinaires. À titre d’orientation pour le démontage, il est possi- ble de suivre les instructions de montage dans l’ordre inverse.

Steckdosenleisten müssen zuverlässig befestigt sein und so platziert werden, dass die Stecker leicht gesteckt und gezogen werden können. Stecker und Steckdosenleisten müssen so positioniert sein, dass bei vorschriftsmäßigem Gebrauch der Büromöbel keine Flüssigkeit in oder auf die elektrischen Betriebsmittel fließen kann.

Das Netzanschlusskabel muss fest in der Zugentlastung des Fußgestells montiert werden. Verbindungskabel dür- fen lose verlegt werden. Alle Leitungen und Kabel müs- sen so verlegt werden, dass keine Gefahr von Abscheren, Abrieb oder anderen mechanischen Beschädigungen besteht.

Bei Arbeitstischen, die über bewegliche oder höhenver- stellbare Arbeitsflächen ausgerüstet sind, gilt besondere Sorgfalt. Die Kabellängen müssen so bemessen sein, dass die Bewegung der Arbeitsfläche ohne Dehnung oder Quetschung der Kabel möglich ist.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Multiple socket outlets must be fixed correctly and located that way that the plugs can be plugged in and withdrawn easily. Plugs and multiple socket outlets must be positioned that way that in case of correct use of the office furnitures no liquids can flow into or on the elec- trical equipment.

The cables must be mounted tightly into the strain relief of the foot frame. Connection cables can be installed loose. All lines and cables must be installed that way that there is no danger of shearing off, abrasion or any other mechanical damages.

In case of working tables, which are equipped with mov- able working surfaces adjustable in height, special care is required. The cable lengths must be dimensioned suf- ficiently so that the movement of the working surfaces is possible without tensioning or pressing the cable.
