Abstract: This studyaimed to identify the concept of multidimensional self, the academic self concept, the sport self concept, and thephysicalappearance self concept in adolescents whopracticed sports compared to non practicing adolescents,Based on the Shavelson model and the Marsh scale, whichwastranslatedfrom English intoArabic by Abdel Hadi Sayed Abdo and Farouk El Sayed Osman (2002). This measureaims to analyze the concept of       

self throughmany dimensions. The threereturned the academic dimension, sports and physical appearance, and formed the researchsample of 160 students at the University of bouirahas reached the followingresults:

There are no differences in academic self concept among adolescents who practice sports and non sports activities

There are differences in the concept of sports self and the subjective concept of physical appearance for the benefit of adolescents practicing sports activities. There are differences in academic self concept for adolescents who do not engage in sports activities

There are differences in the concept of sports self and the subjective concept of physical appearance in favor of adolescent practices for sports activities.
