L es m édias irradiants que constituent la radio et la télévision apportent une inform ation partagée en commun (un common knowledge) : on n e les utilise pas seulem ent pour savoir ce qui se passe m ais aussi pour savoir ce que les autres en savent aussi (effet d'autant m ieux rem pli qu'il y a m oins d e diversité dans l'inform ation).
