EB15.R27 Amendments to the Deed and Regulations of the Darling Foundation The Executive Board,

Being of the opinion that the proposed amendments to the Deed and Regulations of the Darling Foundation meet the wish expressed by the experts consulted and the requirements of the regulations in force, especially the regulations governing expert panels and committees,

1. APPROVES the Darling Foundation Deed, together with the Regulations of the said Foundation, as they appear in the annex to the present resolution ;1 and

2. INVITES the Director-General to continue with the Swiss authorities the negotiations in connexion with the regularization of the Foundation Deed, and to communicate the Darling Foundation Regulations, as at present amended, to the governments and parties concerned.
