Amendments to the Staff Regulations:
dispute resolution
The Sixty-ninth World Health Assembly,
Noting the recommendations of the Executive Board with regard to dispute resolution,1 1. ADOPTS the proposed amendment to the title of Article XI of the Staff Regulations;
2. ADOPTS the proposed amendment to Staff Regulation 11.2;
3. DECIDES that these amendments shall take effect from the entry into force of the Organization’s internal justice reform policies.
