1.4.1. Les territoires de l’action publique : le poids de l’histoire

1.4.1.3. Le programme régional de formation : un outil de gestion à l’origine de territoires d’action

Ainda que o trabalho apresentado represente um contributo muito relevante para a ciência (através da identificação e sistematização de um conjunto de possíveis determinantes da adoção de realidade virtual por parte dos operadores turísticos) e para as organizações (através da assunção clara – obtida através de um focus group – da relevância da adequação da oferta turística aos novos turistas que desejam uma experiência turística mais imersiva e digital), estes contributos não se afiguram com definitivos. Assim sendo, consideramos que a inexistência de um modelo conceptual de adoção da realidade virtual por parte dos operadores turísticos e a inerente validação empírica, através de um questionário a um conjunto alargado de operadores, é uma limitação do presente trabalho e algo em que pretendemos trabalhar num futuro próximo.

Percebendo das diferenças de perspetiva sobre a incorporação de tecnologias na oferta turística disponível entre os destinos turísticos situados em territórios mais desenvolvidos e os territórios economicamente mais desfavorecidos e de baixa densidade, será também trabalho futuro a validação empírica do impacto percebido dos determinantes de adoção identificados perante ambas as realidades.
