When I first saw this plan for the park, I looked at it and the first thing that popped out is No. 1, there’s an elephant in the room which is the autoroute right beside the park. So, no matter what we talked about being nature and everything like that, when you got an autoroute 2510
that’s beside a park, you’re gonna be infested with noise. Period. Especially with the train tracks to its side.

So like, introducing wildlife in the space that cannot support it is useless. What we have to do is look at this park in a sense of how to make it human. Making it human, you have to make it accessible. And that’s the thing that is overlooked.
