Les analyses par microarrays ont été effectuées en utilisant le matériel foliaire : les différences obtenues correspondent donc à une réponse à distance de la zone d’infection. Il aurait été intéressant d’effectuer des analyses microarrays en comparant les réponses obtenues au niveau des parties lignifiées. De la même façon, des analyses protéomiques et métabolomiques complèterait les connaissances apportées par ce travail, et permettraient d’avoir une vision plus complète des mécanismes associés à l’interaction Vigne/ Eutypa lata.
