Proposal In NACE class 41.10 there is a description „ This class also includes: development of building projects for residential and non-residential buildings by bringing together financial, technical and physical means to realise the building projects for later sale”.
In explanatory notes to CPA division 41 I propose to add in “This division includes : - development of building projects for residential and non-residential buildings by bringing together financial, technical and physical means to realise the building projects for later sale” and a notation included in NACE 41.2 “Outsourcing parts or even the whole construction process is possible”
