Course description and Teaching Methods

Deepening of concepts are needed for project management.

Finalization of the draft school chosen by the student - this refers to students on the site of Nancy and having built an association during the first year. The AP2, IPM2 and ICN2 Metz follow the course sessions but have no obligation to perform associative, but they are free to invest if they wish.

The module covers the following thématiques:

- Manager and be managed - Team-building

- Fundamentals of Project Management - Governance and Project Finance - Study of a concrete case

Learning objectives

At the end of this module, the student will have learned and applied the methodology of project management:

* Job scheduling

* Research and mobilization of human, material and financial resources for the project * External and internal communication project

* Ability to adapt the project depending on the environment * Management of a team.

Work connected with the class sessions will be followed to achieve and will complete the following assessment depending on each course: Associative Project (ICN2 NANCY ex ICN1): The team will present its project to the tutor and project manager at the During a final collective defense. It will also present the results achieved at the end of course in a final report. The assessment made by the tutor and the project manager takes into account the quality of the work. The final evaluation also takes into account assessments peer (Peer Reviews). Regarding students learning path (ICN2 METZ), the evaluation will be performed from a case study or a project as part of your course project. In regard to who entered the second year through parallel admission (AP2 & NANCY IPM2), student assessment will be made by either a case study or during the course adjustment.
