PURPOSE

This supportingdocument providesa listingofthe protectiverelay settings for the Electrical Utilities transmission and distribution systems.

SCOPE

The protective relay settings listed in this document apply to the electrical transmission and distribution systems under the administrative and operational control of Dyncorp Tri-Cities Services, Inc. Electrical Utilities Group. Facility protective relay settings should be obtained from the facility and will not be maintained in this document.

SUMMARY

This document has been divided into three appendices: Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) relays and RFL Dowtey Model 6750 (RFL) relays

Transmission Relays; and Distribution Relays. The transmission relays are on the 230-kV and 115-kV transmission systems and the distribution relays are on the 13.8-kV and 2.4-kV distribution systems.

From the point of view of LPV systems, the design of nonlinear switching surfaces is seen as the synthesis of Parameter Dependent Relay (PDR)R. For the sake of generality we consider

To save the power of each node and to limit the number of emission from the relay node, one solution is to aggregate small messages send by the end device?. To achieve this goal,

in [7]: they consider multiple clusters of users that wish to exchange messages locally within each cluster, with the help of a single relay.. Achievable rates for DF, CF, AF and

Proposition 5 For a symmetric Gaussian mRC with direct links, L clusters of K users each, relay link gain g > 0, and time-sharing between clusters, the following total exchange

in [6] proposed the multiple relay selection scheme with the am- plify-and-forward transmission where L c relays are sequentially selected out of L relays based on the output

Investigate the analytical error probabilities at the relay for the hard detection and hard / soft decoding strategies and simulate the corresponding error performance on the

In overall picture, by connecting pure resistive load either in parallel or series to the relay coil, allow the changing of resistive and voltage input to
