As foreseen in the provisional Rules of Procedure (Rules 12 and 13), proposed for adoption by the Committee at its first session, under item 3 of the Provisional Agenda, it has to elect at the end of each ordinary session the members of a Bureau, whose term of office runs until the end of the following ordinary session.
