The tourism sector in Algeria did not achieves its objectives, although it has all the ingredients that qualify to be one of the most important tourist countries; therefore must rely on a real competitive advantage as a strategic approach enable them to stay within the competitors and growth in the market; and the marketing is the most important methods that allow taking proper positioning in the market; so this research will address the diagnosis and the reality of tourism marketing in Algeria and their challenge, The most important results showed reached that Algeria does not depend on a clear marketing strategy For the marketing of Algerian Tourism, and this is contrary to the situation in developed countries in the tourism sector.
