Résumé

Laprérente éfude porte sur I'extraction des composés phénoliquesde Ziziphus îotus.Le

plan expérimental de Plackett-Burrnan et le plan factoriel fractionnairei 27'3 aété adopté pour

I'optimisation des paramètres d'extraction en composés phénoliques tôtaux, des flavonoides

totaux et d'activité antioxydante. Le résultat a suggére que les conditions optimales obtenues

par FFD pour EAU comme suit : concentration en acétone l0%, pH (4), solide en solvant

mL. Dans les conditions optimales, le oontenu phénolique total obtenu expérimentalement
